Rental is limited to cities, special districts, schools, state and federal government agencies, quasi-governmental agencies, and private non-profit organizations. Facilities are not available to private parties.

No reservation shall be confirmed until an application has been completed by the applicant and approved by Clerk of the Board or General Services. The approving County department will return a copy of the application to the applicant once approved to confirm the information.
